Our goal is to gather data that will help us put valuable information in your hands to support correcting the skills gap facing businesses today. We will be looking at:
• The job roles most commonly affected
• The actual “gap” in skills and performance outcomes
• Hiring profiles that best address various gaps
• Effective approaches to filling the gaps
• The connection between business and development practices
This is an in-depth survey that should take approximately 30 minutes to complete and should be taken by anyone who is affected by the current skill gaps issue within their organization, including professionals in leadership roles, operations, HR, learning, or talent management.
