This very short survey of WMO Region VI Members is being undertaken for the WMO Commission for Basic Systems (CBS), Expert Team on Aircraft-Based Observing Systems, so as to ascertain the current status and requirements for assistance and coordination, on the development of the WMO AMDAR observing system in WMO Region VI.
Information on the WMO AMDAR programme is provided below.
The survey has only 3 pages and 11 questions and is expected to take around only 20 minutes or less to complete.
