TSC: Knowledge Management for Better Service |
Welcome
Thank you for your interest in The Service Council's knowledge management research. The intent of this survey is to uncover best practices in the support of internal and external knowledge management initiatives. To that end, this survey will dive into strategies around knowledge creation, knowledge curation, knowledge access, and knowledge-driven results. The best person to answer this survey in your organization is someone with ownership or oversight of employee and organizational knowledge management activities.
To define Knowledge Management: Knowledge management is a discipline that promotes an integrated approach to identifying, capturing, evaluating, retrieving, and sharing all of an enterprise's information assets. These assets may include databases, documents, policies, procedures, and previously un-captured expertise and experience in individual workers. Source: Gartner Group
To thank you for your participation, we will provide you with access to summary results shared in document form (in July) and to a TSC Smarter Services Webcast taking place in late June.
