Thank you for your interest in The Service Council's customer service and customer experience research. This research project is focused on "From Customer Satisfaction to Success". The intent of this research is two-fold:
1- To map strategies that have enabled organizations to improve customer satisfaction levels.
2- To track the maturity of customer success programs and to understand if customer success resonates as a concept at all types of organizations.

To improve the survey taker's experience and to break up the time commitment for research participation, we have also split the project into 2 surveys. They are:

2- Customer Success Programs and Results (You are Here)

You may not have a customer success program. If you do, we would like to learn a little more about the program and why you put it in place. If you don't, we would like to see if customer success is a concept that resonates with you.

Participation in this research will yield several outcomes:
1- Complimentary access to published research as a result of these surveys. The published research will include summary data, insights, and more. We expect this content to be available in October 2015.
2- Complimentary access to our Smarter Services Webcast on the topic being held on October 27, 2015.
