Introduction

Ealing Council, the Local Authority, is required to consult annually with all maintained schools and academies in their area about any proposed changes to the local schools funding formula including the method, principles and rules adopted. This survey seeks the views of schools and academies in respect to the Schools Block, the Central School Services Block and the High Needs Block. The consultation responses will inform Schools Forum and Local Authority decision making on the 2025-26 funding formula.


Responses should be made using the online survey and should be completed by Thursday 24 October 2024. Please read the consultation document before responding. The survey will direct you to the relevant pages in the consultation document. The pros and cons of supporting the Local Authorities proposed approach are set out after each question.


All the information collected through this survey will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. Responses will be used in summary form only and individuals will not be identified in any report.
