About the Program
Fellowship for Change is a twelve-month program that gives new wedding businesses owned by historically underserved groups the chance to build on their accomplishments, evolve and set themselves up for continued success. Fellows will get support to propel their businesses forward through access to business education, mentorship, networking and advertising on The Knot and WeddingWire.
Mentors play a critical role in the Fellowship by meeting once a month for an average of one hour with 1-2 fellows and providing guidance and direction. This commitment will include 1:1 conversations about personal and professional growth with the Fellow(s) you are matched with based on your experience and their needs.
The ideal mentor should be entrepreneurs themselves, have mentoring experience, be committed to fostering inclusivity and be excited to build new relationships with pros in the industry.
