Introduction

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) advises the Government on work health and safety policy and regulation.

We want to hear about your experiences with New Zealand’s work health and safety regulatory system, particularly how you think it’s working now and what you think should change. Your feedback will inform advice to Ministers on any improvements that could be made to the work health and safety system.

You can view the consultation document at mbie.govt.nz/have-your-say/work-health-and-safety.

The questions in this form are not compulsory; you can answer as many questions as you want. Where possible, please provide us with evidence to support your views. Examples can include facts and figures or references to independent research. If you have other views or thoughts that are not covered by the questions, you can write these under question 42.

Please direct any questions to HSWHaveYourSay@mbie.govt.nz.
