* 5. One requirement of participating on this team will be completing the National Service Advocacy Academy through ASC’s States for Service initiative. The National Service Advocacy Academy is 100% online and is intended to take approximately six hours to complete (all on your own time). The MCSC will cover the cost of your States for Service membership, which allows you to participate in the National Service Advocacy Academy at no charge.

I understand this requirement and agree to complete all National Service Advocacy Academy sessions no later than September 30, 2024.

Question Title

* 6. The MCSC is exploring how to best lead and structure this group. One idea is to have regional coordinators. This would be on a voluntary basis and would require participation in a monthly States4Service Zoom call, as well as additional time as needed (communicating updates to your assigned region, engaging and coordinating meetings with key stakeholders, recruiting others to become Michigan's AmeriCorps Ambassadors, etc.). Would you be interested in volunteering to serve as a regional coordinator? By saying yes, you are expressing potential interest and not making any kind of official commitment.
