Why this Survey?
As a global pandemic began sweeping the world, from mid-March in 2020 huge numbers of Queensland workers did much of their work from home. For many this was the first time they had worked from home for any extended period of time bringing a variety of positive and negative experiences.
Unions expect that many workers will continue to work from home into the future. We want to develop a Model for positive Work From Home arrangements. We know a good Model includes the right to ‘opt in’ to working from home, but we need to hear from you so new work arrangements can work for you, your employer and your family.

• Use the information you provide to understand and highlight high level trends.
• Not publicly use any information you have provided that might identify you.
• Forward your information on to your union where you have indicated who this is.
