Introduction

This short survey is part of a review of the Water Corporation Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) 2019-2024. The survey focusses on how the Water Corporation can improve access and inclusion for all people including people with disability. The results will be used to develop a new plan for 2024-2029.

By improving access we mean making the environments, services, products and information we provide easy for everyone to understand and use. Improving inclusion is about making sure everyone feels valued and respected and has equal access to opportunities and resources.

The survey is being conducted by an independent company - E-QUAL Disability Consultants. Individual survey responses will be kept confidential and only a summary of the responses will be shared with the Water Corporation. Please do not include your name or contact details in the survey.
