The pandemic and the new work environment that grew out of it requires talent management to change in order to engage and retain top talent. From strategy to execution, talent management must balance the new needs and aspirations of employees with the evolving needs of the business.

Brandon Hall Group’s new research initiative, Reimagining Talent Management for Hybrid Work, defines talent management in the evolving work environment and seeks to understand how employers are responding. Areas of inquiry include:
