About Our Volunteer Roles

Our volunteers assist in our Retirement Living Communities in the following ways:

Assist with programs, including arranging daily activities, outings, and schedules.
Provide assistance maintaining the plants and gardens.
Provide or assist with participant transportation in fleet vehicles.
Share their special talent or interest in leisure and social activities.
Administration tasks and maintaining records and information.
Driving fleet vehicles as required.
Other tasks as required.

All our volunteers follow a COVID-19 safe work plan and provide proof they have received a minimum of one primary COVID-19 vaccination before commencement.
Volunteers must have a current NDIS Workers Screening Clearance before commencement. You can apply for this through Wesley Mission Queensland at no cost to you.
