VHA Recruitment Support Request

Please complete the form below to request a National Recruitment Service (NRS) consultation to assess your recruitment needs. One of our directors will contact you via email regarding your request. We appreciate your patience as we are experiencing 2-3-week delays in responding due to high demand, low bandwidth, and a high travel season for our office. As a reminder, NRS requests that positions be advertised at www.usajobs.gov for at least 30 days and follow the best practices codified in the physician Job Opportunity Announcement (JOA) template (these best practices are visible to HR in red text when viewing the template). Additionally, NRS requests that one of the two approved/standardized VHA physician assessments titled “VM-0602 Physician VHASTD” or “VM-0602 Physician Board Certified VHASTD” be utilized.

 

If your 30-day USAJOBS JOA and standardized assessment met best practice guidelines and failed to produce sufficient qualified/desirable candidates (including non-citizens), we will move the request over for immediate support.
