Fiscal Year 2026 Budget Priorities Survey

Welcome!

The School District of Philadelphia (SDP) Office of Finance is working to improve our annual budget process. We believe that a school district budget is a moral document that should reflect the priorities of the community. The District is committed to equitable, accessible and transparent budget processes that fully align to the SDP Equity Framework.

To that end, we are working to meaningfully engage you and all interested stakeholders, through this survey and throughout the budget process.

This survey contains three main sections:
1. Priorities for overall SDP budget and title grants
2. Priorities for Parent and Family University (for parents and guardians only)
3. Priorities for Facilities Planning
