Kapa Research – a company with more than 30 years of experience in the field of survey research in Europe – will conduct a survey of businesses located in Portugal, on behalf of an international organization.

The survey will be conducted via Video-conference interviews with business managers & executives of firms operating in Portugal. The questionnaire will be structured in Portuguese and each interview is estimated to last 45 minutes, on average. The survey will be conducted from the call centers of Kapa Research in Athens, Greece, from 10 am to 6 pm, beginning on 12 June until 20 September 2023.

For this project, Kapa Research is looking to hire Portuguese professionals for the role of Researcher, who will be responsible for:
1. Desk research on the background of each firm in a pre-determined list
2. Arranging interview appointments with firms' managers,
3. Conducting the interviews via Video-conference, using the structured questionnaire, and
4. Documenting and updating the sampled firms' contact information.

The selected Researcher will need to fulfil the following selection criteria:
– Excellent knowledge of the Portuguese language on a professional level (native speaker)
– Professional experience that involved the use of the Portuguese language
– Good communication skills
– University-level education
– Availability for full-time (10am-6pm) in-person (not from home) employment in Athens, Greece, from 12 June, until 20 September 2023. 

Selected Researchers will be compensated with a generous monthly salary plus a performance-based bonus.

Prior to the start of work, the selected Researchers will be trained in the survey process, the questionnaire and the research objectives, as well as in the use of the survey data collection & monitoring software (Survey Solutions).
