2025 SMFM Resident Award for Excellence in Obstetrics

Since 2013 the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine has recognized and awarded OB-GYN Residents who best exemplify the qualities of the vision of the Society to improve pregnancy and perinatal outcomes with the annual SMFM Resident Award for Excellence in Obstetrics.

The PGY level of the award may be chosen by each individual program but should be consistent from year to year.

The deadline to submit your nomination is Friday, May 2, 2025. A downloadable certificate will be emailed to Program Directors by Friday, May 9, 2025.

Criteria & Eligibility
Residents nominated must be in good standing with their residency program.

Nomination
Residency Program Directors may nominate one OB-GYN Resident in their current program.
