Parish Primary School Consultation Registration - Parish meetings

This is the registration form for the Parish meetings on the parish primary school proposals.

Registration is necessary for security reasons and also to help us manage the process.

It is in two parts: First, we ask a series of questions. Second, you will be directed to the registration page on the ZOOM application.

Public meetings will also be held for the community at large to discuss the proposals generally. There is a separate registration form for those meetings.

Note again: the final step of the registration process takes place at the end page of this form, once it is completed.

Please note: The deadline for registration is 3 p.m. on the day of the meeting you want to attend.
