Registration of interest

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is inviting stakeholders to participate in the targeted consultation on the exposure draft of a Bill that will implement reforms to the Holidays Act.

We want to test the exposure draft Bill with stakeholders who:
  • have expertise in implementing the Holidays Act in payroll and business systems; and/or
  • understand the impacts and outcomes of the Act for various groups of employers and/or employees.

The registration form asks for your name and email address so that we can contact you regarding involvement in the targeted consultation. It also asks for some information about you and/or your organisation to help us make sure we consult with a broad range of stakeholders.

This form should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. Please note the following when completing the form:
  • You do not need to answer every question, however, any question marked with an asterisk (*) requires an answer to progress through the form.
