Our Residential Aged Care Communities are the only ones in Queensland registered with the Eden Alternative™ philosophy of care, which focuses on eliminating loneliness, helplessness and boredom and promoting meaningful relationships and companionship.

As part of their role, the Volunteer Customer Experience Survey Officer will be involved in:
  • Building rapport with residents and/or their representatives.
  • Travelling to residential care homes to seek feedback from residents and/or their representatives.
  • Collating feedback and liaising with supervisors regarding feedback from residents.

This volunteer role is across multiple services in these locations: Chermside, Geebung, Bray Park, and Sinnamon Park.

Once you have read these documents, watched the orientation video, and are confident you would like to become a volunteer, please complete this quick online registration. Once we receive your registration, we will send a form to request proof of evidence of a minimum of one COVID-19 vaccination and your NDIS Workers Screening Check (which you can apply for through us free of charge). Then, a Wesley Mission Queensland representative will contact you to discuss the role further.
