Thanks for your interest. We often get research requests in our discussions with community members. We're able to address most requests through our regular surveys, but every now and then, we receive specific requests from more than one party that create the need for a mini-survey. 

This request ties to the metric of same day fix rate.

Note: As with our regular surveys, individual responses are never released. Data is only released in summary. Do indicate if you would like to receive access to the summary results from this survey. We won't assume that you will want access.
