T3 Sixty Research: 2024 MLS Organizational Questionnaire and Compensation Study

Each year since 2018, T3 Sixty and RESO have collaborated to produce the Real Estate Almanac's ORE section, including MLS subscriber counts/types for 521 US MLS organizations. To ensure accuracy, we are asking that you share your current MLS subscriber counts along with those from January 1, 2023. View the T3's published 2023 counts for reference. Our updated information will be published electronically and shared with the industry at the beginning of 2024.

As a token of our appreciation, we are offering to conduct a complementary member or subscriber Snapshot Performance Survey and report (valued at $1,000) for each organization who participates. Featuring T3's new UScore or EScore, to compare your MLS usage or Association engagement against other organization's nationwide.

 

Furthermore, building on the success of last year's research, once you complete the subscriber count questionnaire, you'll have the chance to take part in our confidential MLS Executive compensation and benefits study. This year, based on your feedback, we've added the option to complete a COO and CTO study for those with these positions.  

Please note that the individual results of these studies will not be made public. Instead, we'll provide a complimentary synopsis report to participants who complete the compensation questions.
