Stakeholder Survey

The City of Phoenix is conducting a survey with our local stakeholders to identify the housing needs of the community and the capacity of the existing community-based organizations to meet those needs. By completing this survey, you will help us assess housing and community improvement needs in our communities.

Response data will also inform the city's upcoming Consolidated Plan and how we can direct city, state, and federal funding to address housing and neighborhood improvement needs.
