Wesley Mission Queensland’s People and Culture team is looking for an Administration Volunteer to assist with administration tasks, for a few hours once a week. Hours are negotiable.

With support from paid staff, the Administration Volunteer will assist with tasks such as:
  • Assisting with administration, including but not limited to, scanning, filing and shredding documents.
  • Printing and organising distribution of employee ID badges.
  • Providing support relating to the day-to-day operations within the People and Culture team.
  • Participating in staff meetings, development days, relevant training and other meetings, events, or functions.
  • Other general administrative duties, as required.
