Customer Panel Thank you for your interest in signing up to our customer panel. We are looking for a panel of customers who would be happy to work with us to improve our customer service. We will contact our customer panel regularly to ask people to take part in special discussion sessions, either online or in-person, so you can tell us how we can make our services better for you. We'll also ask our customer panel to help us to test new services, for example on our website, and we are especially interested in hearing from customers who find digital tools more difficult to use.
