The Organization Assessment Survey is typically responded to by members of a senior level management and leadership team to assess current strategic management capability and capacity within a given organization. This is a valuable start up activity to engage in as you get organized to plan.

We provide sub-headings in this copy to highlight “areas” of responses; subheadings that respondents would not normally see. We deploy the survey online (via Survey Monkey) with items randomized and without category headings. Results are then studied, observations are made and shared with the organization’s executive and board leadership.
Please familiarize yourself with the survey by responding as a senior level organization leader, board leader or as a consultant keeping in mind an organization you presently do work for or one you are involved with (e.g. board participation or pro bono/volunteer work now or in the past). Survey input is captured maintaining anonymity of respondents.
In this instance, the aggregate results of class responses will be emailed to you. Your instruction team will address the "method to the madness" use of the tool during the first class session.
