Oceana Funds has appointed First AML as its agent to collect information about the investing vehicle's AML, FATCA (US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act)/CRS (OECD Common Reporting Standard) information.

FATCA and CRS regulations oblige Oceana Funds to ask a few questions about the investing vehicle's tax residency. We've tried to keep this as straightforward as possible.
