The Ohio School Safety Center is interested in hearing from schools regarding different areas where we can support Ohio schools better or if there are any concerns you or your district have regarding school safety. Completion of this survey should take around 5-10 minutes. Participation in this survey is completely voluntary, any question can be skipped, and the survey can be stopped at any time.

Responses are considered security records under Ohio Revised Code 149.433 and will be confidential. Only aggregate results will be shared publicly.

Responses collected will not result in any disciplinary action towards the respondent or school. Responses will only be used to gauge interest or identify areas of need regarding school safety topics. We are not looking for any correct answers, please answer as honestly as possible.
