Welcome to the Job Analysis Study for Lighting Practitioners!

On the following pages you will find a list of the topics that may contain subject matter or knowledge required to pass the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions Exam. You are being asked to rate the significance of the topics related to your practice as a lighting practitioner. The information gathered from this study will help develop the content of the NCQLP Certification examination.

There are two sections in this survey. Section 1 contains demographic questions about your background and practice. Section 2 contains tasks for you to rate. The survey should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Please submit your survey responses by Monday January 27, 2025.

Please note: You can complete each part of the survey in separate sittings at the same computer. Please be aware that you must completely finish a page before clicking on "Next" to save your responses up to that point. There is no limit on the number of times you can use the link to go back to the survey before clicking on "Done" to submit your survey.

Your individual responses will be kept confidential and will be combined with those of other respondents. Only designated personnel and NCQLP will have access to the data collected. Aggregated data from this survey will be published in a report that summarizes the process used to validate the content for the examination.
