Important instructions and guidelines
Please upload all the necessary documentation into a single PDF file.
1. Copy of CNIC/Form ‘B’ (Student & Parents/Guardian). Please ensure the copy submitted is clearly printed and fully legible.
2. Salary Slip of Parents/Guardian (in case of Govt/Private Sector Employee;
OR: Pension Slip (in case of retired from Govt Service);
OR: any supporting letter or proof of Parent’s/Guardian’s occupation.
3. Copy of certificate/results sheet of most recently completed educational degree
4. Copy of offer letter or confirmation of admission from HEC recognised university/college. (You may also provide a fee challan, transcript, or student ID card if a confirmation letter is not available)
Please note, you may submit the scholarship application without an offer letter, BUT scholarship offers will not be made unless an offer letter or proof of admission has been submitted to the British Council upon request.
5. Copy of total tuition fee for the programme and hostel fee (if applicable) obtained from the university or university website. This amount should reflect the total scholarship amount required by the applicant.
6. Scanned copy of disability certificate/or any medical proof (This is required only for students with disabilities)
7. Personal Statement: In 500-1000 words, please explain why you are the best candidate for this scholarship. Please be sure to highlight reasons for applying for the course you wish to study as well as your future plans upon completing your degree.
Note: Applications with incomplete information and documentation will not be considered.
