Motor Carrier Criminal History Hiring Practices

The American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) is conducting research to examine how the U.S. truck driver population has changed over the years. One focus of the research is understanding U.S. motor carrier hiring issues as they relate to individuals with prior criminal convictions.

All data collected will be kept strictly confidential. Personal and organizational information will never be disclosed and the final published report will present data only in an aggregated, anonymized format. If necessary, ATRI will sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure the protection of sensitive information.
