Meggitt’s goal is to be your partner of choice for the supply and support of leading-edge, reliable products, services and solutions on a worldwide basis.  As an existing Meggitt customer you are receiving this survey to help us understand how well we are doing in our efforts to achieve this goal.

When completing this survey we ask you to think about your personal experience as a customer of Meggitt Services and Support, and provide feedback based on the service levels and performance you have received. Understanding that you may work with more than one Meggitt Services and Support location; we will ask you to confirm which Meggitt Services and Support businesses your experience is based on.  

Your replies are not intended to replace any objective operational performance data that your company may provide us, but we believe that your subjective responses can help to guide our continuous improvement efforts.
