Welcome to the 2024 CEDR Mediation Audit.This is the eleventh biennial audit that CEDR has conducted in the last 20+ years as part of its Foundation and thought leadership work to raise the profile of commercial mediation. The results of the audit will be widely circulated and discussed as it helps inform us all about developments in the field.
The audit questionnaire includes questions about your commercial mediation experience and views. We cover the following topics:

The audit is being conducted on an entirely anonymous basis. At no time will you be asked for your name, address or other identifying personal details (although at the end of the survey there is an option to insert an email address if you would like us to send you results of the audit after publication of its findings).
