The Mediation Audit 2018 - Mediators

Welcome to the 2018 CEDR Mediation Audit, run in conjunction with the Civil Mediation Council and The International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution.

 

This is the eighth biennial audit that CEDR has conducted in the last 16 years as part of its Foundation and thought leadership work to raise the profile of commercial mediation. The results of the audit will be published and are widely circulated and discussed as it helps inform us all about developments in the Alternative Dispute Resolution field.

The audit questionnaire includes questions about your personal mediation experience, as well as your views on the roles of clients and their representatives, mediation standards, and priorities for the future.

The audit is being conducted on an entirely anonymous basis. At no time will you be asked for your name, address or other identifying personal details (although at the end of the survey there is an option to insert an email address if you would like us to send you results of the audit after publication of its findings).

The questionnaire should take no more than 10 minutes of your time. Please try to answer all questions.
