Maricopa HOME Consortium Stakeholder Survey: Community Development & Fair Housing
Stakeholder Survey: HUD Consolidated Plan and Fair Housing Assessment
The Maricopa HOME Consortium in partnership with Consortium members (Avondale, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Scottsdale, Surprise, Tempe) is conducting a stakeholder needs assessment survey in relation to the development of HOME Consortium and member city 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and Regional Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice.
Each jurisdiction expects to receive funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to support the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) programs which will help to address affordable housing and community development needs. (Maricopa County also received the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG).
Program activities must meet at least one of three national objectives outlined by HUD. Activities must benefit low-to-moderate income persons/households; prevent or eliminate slums or blight and/or address an emergency need that poses a serious and immediate threat to the health or welfare of the community.
The survey is divided into organizational info, community needs assessment, and fair housing issues. We highly encourage your feedback.
