NBCC is seeking individuals to participate in focus groups to provide input about the counseling field, as well as identify changes and future trends within the profession. Focus group feedback and perspectives will be shared with the Job Analysis Task Force (JATF) and NBCC who will make decisions about the content and format of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE). This research is part of our national comprehensive job analysis in which focus groups will be targeted to give feedback, share their experiences, and provide insights related to the future and current examination content and material.
