Thank you for sharing your experiences with military health system (MHS) access to care issues. For all questions, please answer for the beneficiary and timeframe related to the access to care experience shared. If you have more than one incident to report, and they occurred at different times/locations, please submit an entry for each incident.
Please note, we may not be able to respond to all submissions. If you have a current access to care problem, please contact the Patient Advocate at your military treatment facility or your TRICARE contractor. If your problem is related to the West Region transition to TriWest, you can also contact your member of Congress – they may be able to provide casework assistance.
