Website
Website
The purpose of the Local Offer website is to provide access in one place to the provision that Portsmouth City Council expects to be available in the area for children and young people with special educational needs and or a disability. It also contains information about other provision and support that has been specifically requested by parents and young people.
Services/Provision/Support
Feedback on existing services is important to ensure they are meeting the needs of families. In addition consultation helps us to identify any gaps or services missing in Portsmouth for children and young people with special educational needs and or disabilites (SEND) aged 0-25.
We would be grateful if you could take the time to answer the following short questionnaire, it should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete. Your feedback will be used to find out services that are working well and to identify the need for new services in response to supporting children, young people and their families.
We will then publish a summary of the feedback and what we need to do next in our Local Offer Annual report.
Please note this information is confidential and protected under the Data Protection Act, and your identity will remain anonymous to organisations outside of Portsmouth City Council.
