Henrico County Public Schools (HCPS) is giving a survey to learn about your experiences as a parent or guardian of a HCPS student.  In this survey, you will not be asked to give your name and all of your answers will remain anonymous. Please answer all questions honestly. The information you share on this survey will be used to improve the quality of our schools for all students and families.

Please complete one survey per school, even if you have more than one child in the same school. If you have children in other HCPS schools, you may complete a second survey after submitting this one.
