ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Rory Sylvia is the principal consultant and coach at the organization design and culture transformation boutique, The Ways We Work LLC, whose mission is to empower teams to transform. Rory’s background includes over 17 years experience working across functions in global corporations like Costco Wholesale, Boeing, and Starbucks. As a coach and consultant, he’s worked with small startups as well as large organizations like Boeing, The University of Washington, and C2 Technologies.
Rory was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and resides in Bothell, WA with his partner and toddler.
