Fanshawe College Food Service Survey

Thank you for your interest in our survey. The objective of this Survey is to understand the Fanshawe community’s preferences and satisfaction for campus catering and retail food services.

Respondents who complete the entire Survey may enter their Fanshawe email address in a draw to win one of ten $50 gift certificates from Fanshawe Retail Services.

You must be employed or enrolled at Fanshawe to participate in the draw.

Your response is confidential. No identifying information will be linked to your response when Fanshawe sees the results, nor will your email address be used for any reason other than notifying prize winners.

The survey should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
