AppleRCT Study Prescreen (G0001-2001-T0002)

We are conducting a study to evaluate the effect of two different gummies, taken over 12 weeks, on weight management, appetite, cravings, digestion and energy. If you are interested in participating, the following questions will help us determine if you are eligible. You do not have to answer any questions that you do not want to and can end this survey at any point. All information collected will be kept confidential. The survey will take approximately 2-5 minutes to complete.
