Introduction

The Town of Estes Park is developing a facilities master plan – a roadmap that will guide the management, maintenance, and construction of Town facilities. As a part of this effort the consulting team has identified four key findings:
● Town Hall has served the community well for many years but is beyond its useful life and investing further does not make economic sense.
● Police services should not be in downtown because of safety concerns; its facility is inadequate.
● Other aging facilities are facing major repair/ renovation.
● There are limited opportunities to purchase land in the town, requiring flexibility in the plan.
Based on these findings, we would like input on the most important considerations for future town facilities.
