Insights on Call and Leadership Development in Leaders of The Episcopal Church

This survey is designed for ordained and lay leaders of The Episcopal Church as part of The Episcopal Church Leadership Project, a research initiative seeking to identify and promote best practices for raising up young adults for leadership in the church and beyond. We are seeking responses from all ministry leaders, including lay leaders. Most respondents will complete the survey in 10-15 minutes. Those who complete the survey will be entered for a chance to win an Amazon gift card.

By participating in the survey, you are consenting to have your answers used in this project. All participants will remain anonymous. If you are uncomfortable answering a question or are not sure how to answer, skip it and move on. Results will appear in various publications, at conferences, and on a website dedicated to the project. Findings from this project will benefit young adult ministries across The Episcopal Church.
