Request for Information (RFI): COVID-19 Impact on DLA Suppliers |
Introduction
DLA Contractors,
Thank you for your continued support of the DLA mission. This Request for Information (RFI) has been issued to facilitate communication with DLA contractors that may be impacted by the novel Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. The purpose of the RFI is to inform DLA of potential impacts that COVID-19 may have on your organization in support of the Warfighter. There are no more than 9 brief questions depending on your sequence of responses. The RFI will ask you to enter your organization’s unique Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. You will also be asked to provide a POC for any follow-up questions that may be asked by DLA representatives. Please access the RFI link at any time to submit an update for your organization’s status, if circumstances have changed as a result of the impact of COVID-19. If you are completing the RFI for more than one CAGE code, please submit separate responses using the same RFI link and the appropriate CAGE code.
We understand that each contract may have different terms and conditions and the required resolutions may vary. In the event your contract performance is impacted due to this evolving situation, the contracting officer is the agency authority and can discuss options for resolution.
Please use Post-Award Requests (PARS) in the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) to report issues with contract performance or submit requests related to contract performance of your organization. To report the impact of COVID-19 on a specific contract, use PAR entry Code VR 14 COVID-19.
It is vital that during this period of National Emergency, DLA and its suppliers maintain close communication and coordination as we work to provide critical mission support to our Nation's Warfighters. Thank you for taking the time to complete the RFI.
