Please complete the following questionnaire in order for your business to be considered for The Adviser's 2013 Top 25 Brokerages ranking. Submissions must be lodged by Friday 10 May 2013.

CRITERIA
To qualify for a Top 25 ranking brokerages must meet the following requirements:

• The brokerage must have a minimum of three brokers / loan writers
• Submissions from senior management only will be considered
• All brokers / loan writers must operate under the brokerage’s own brand
• The brokerage must be accredited with at least four banks

It is important to note that brokerage heads who provide COMPLETE information for ALL questions maximise their chance of achieving a top ranking.

Information regarding loan volumes, arrears and conversion rates will be corroborated by the lender outlined but WILL NOT be disclosed to any third party.
