The gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians will begin to close when the taxpayer-funded services prove they are delivering outcomes.

Native title is intended to secure rights and benefits for native title holders but there is compelling evidence of mixed results speaks loudly with only 5 of the 19 Close the Gap targets on track. The urgency is great.
