Introduction

The employee experience is highly individual. The organizational culture on the ground wherever that employee works will have tremendous impact on that employee's experience with your company. This Brandon Hall Group™ research will focus on what organizations are doing to create and deliver a consistent employee experience. We will be seeking to answer questions like:·
  • How consistent is your company culture?
  • What are the key tactics your company uses to ensure a positive employee experience?
  • Where is your EVP in terms of maturity?
  • How does your organization leverage technology to deliver a consistent employee experience?
  • What are you focusing on in the next 12-18 months in relation to the employee experience?
The survey will take 8-9 minutes to complete. To show our appreciation for your time, the first 100 respondents who complete the survey and provide their email will receive a $5 Starbucks gift card. 

In addition, all respondents will: 
  • Receive summary results of the survey after data analysis. (6-8 weeks after launch)
