Notice of Proposed Rulemaking November 30, 2022

Portland City Charter Section 2-506(a) authorizes the City Auditor to establish rules for the Office of the Auditor.

The City Auditor proposes the following revised administrative rule for adoption:

Appendix A for ARA 13 - Campaign Finance

City Code Section 2.10.060 requires updates on January 1 of each odd-numbered year to monetary amounts specified in campaign finance Code Chapter 2.10 in order to account for inflation. The proposed administrative rule change consists of new inflation-adjusted monetary amounts.
