Mill Road is scheduled to be repaved. The City of Alexandria is using this opportunity to phase in improvements in response to community concerns and in accordance with the City’s Complete Streets Policy, Alexandria Mobility Plan, and Eisenhower East Small Area Plan.

- Driver confusion at the Telegraph Road ramp
- Safety conflicts between different road users
- Difficult pedestrian crossings
- Disconnected multi-use path at Stovall Street
