Whilst the world is standing together and applying social distancing due to the Covid-19 virus, we have decided to extend the APRA survey until Monday, 30 March at 17:00.  Thank you for being willing to participate in the APRA Ethics and Reputation Check. In order for this survey to be successful, your honest opinion and feedback is very important. The survey should not take you longer than 25 minutes to complete.

The main goal of the survey is to test whether or not ethics and reputation management matters on the African continent.  The survey will be conducted on three levels:  Individual, Organisational and Country.

There are no risks or compensation associated with participating in this survey.   The survey is completely confidential and voluntary. Your name and any other personal information will not be presented through your participation, unless you give specific permission. If you select not to participate, there will be no consequences. If you do select to participate, you may decline to answer any question and you may withdraw your participation at any stage.  

Please note:
  • There are no right or wrong answers and all responses will be treated confidentially.
  • Details will not be shared with any third parties, and will only be used for the purposes of this specific survey.
  • If for some reason you feel that your confidentiality is compromised during the survey, please terminate the survey immediately.
  • None of the questions are compulsory, however please answer as many of the questions as possible to assist us with this survey.
Your responses will be captured automatically. However, if you wish to print it out, please return the completed questionnaire to either research@reputationmatters.co.za or by fax to +27866 553855.
